Dear Authors and Participants,

Although we have made the Agreement with President Hotel Athens – as conference venue – due to some impassable reasons on accommodation at the hotel, hotel is unable to provide enough number of guest rooms for conference participants

Since it would be very diffucult to accommodate participants in another hotel and organise the event in President Hotel, we have decided to change the dates form 5 – 7 April to 22 – 24 April. From now on we have no concerns & limits on providing rooms for conference participants

As being the official travel agent of conference, if you already bought your flight ticket* to Athens for previous dates we will pay 50€ as per ticket change.

• Ticket issue date should not be after December 20, 2018.
